Consultation
The beginning of a beautiful working relationship! We discuss dates, number of guests, uniforms, dietary restrictions, duration, the type of facility we would have access to, add-on services, and what you’re looking for to make your bar menu stand out. We will also email you a full and detailed quote.
The consult can be done by phone, video chat, or in-person and is complementary.
Customization
We source any glassware, special ingredients, and additional staff. We then present our creations to you via a tasting menu so you can sample the drinks and finalize a menu as special as the event it’s for.
This must be done in-person.
The Big Day
We arrive to the venue the day of, where we set up our workflow to prepare for service.
We take care of tear down and clean up, so all you need to do is lift your glasses for each toast and enjoy your custom menu! / enjoy the compliments from your guests about your incredible drink menu all night long.
